1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using DayLily, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Purpose of the App

DayLily is a wellness and lifestyle app created to support users in reducing or quitting alcohol and improving their overall well-being.

It is not a medical app and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed health professional if you have any medical concerns.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of any information you provide
• Using the app in a lawful manner
• Ensuring your own health decisions are made with proper professional guidance

5. Subscription & Billing

Some features of DayLily require a paid subscription.

You will be clearly informed of pricing and any applicable free trial periods before purchase.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and App Store account.

To avoid being charged after a free trial, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and features in DayLily are owned by US Dijital A.Ş.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the app for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to DayLily at our discretion if we believe you are violating these terms or misusing the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

DayLily is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that the app will always function without interruptions or errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Dijital A.Ş. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Privacy

Your use of DayLily is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not collect or store any clinical health data or use Apple HealthKit.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Istanbul, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
